• Non-exclusive rights (we may showcase work in our portfolio)

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for campaigns
• Ensure all content complies with applicable laws
• Not use content for illegal or harmful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Clearly disclose AI-generated content where required by law

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with notice.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Revision rounds are included as specified in your package. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Changes to project scope after approval may result in additional charges.

7. Delivery and Timeline

We strive to meet delivery timelines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays caused by incomplete information or client revisions may extend timelines. See our Refund Policy for remedies in case of significant delays.

8. Intellectual Property

APEX AI retains ownership of our proprietary AI technology, processes, and methods. The AI influencer characters remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights to specific content delivered, not the underlying AI models or characters.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific marketing results or outcomes from using our content.

10. Limitation of Liability

APEX AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for violation of these terms, illegal use, or non-payment. Upon termination, usage rights may be revoked.
